The Giant Project- CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical CO., LTD. Huizhou refining & petrochemicals project phase II project (hereinafter referred to as Huilian II ") produced qualified propylene at 2 am on April 24 by the first set of 1.2 million tons/year ethylene plant of China, and qualified ethylene was produced at 5:20 am on April 24.Starting from 9:38 PM on April 23, lasting 7 hours and 42 minutes, the device produced qualified ethylene and propylene, which set the world record for the fastest speed of ethylene three-machine feeding for the first time. Guangdong, the east gateway of the motherland, obtained the important equipment.
On the basis of 12 million tons/year of oil refining in phase I, Huizhou refining phase II of CNOOC expanded and added 10 million tons/year of oil refining capacity, and built 1 million tons/year of ethylene project, at the same time, the supporting construction project achieved accomplishment, such as the storage and transportation, public works, auxiliary production system and off-site engineering of the construction project, etc.
