The industrial demonstration project of CNOOC, which has an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of biodiesel, was put into production last year. It is the first biodiesel project built and put into operation in Hainan and the first one that was put into operation in the three "first batch of national biodiesel industrialization demonstration projects" approved by the national development and reform commission. The project located in Hainan east industrial park was invested by China national offshore oil corporation. This set of biodiesel processing device, in cooperation with Sinopec petroleum research institute, will carry out the first industrial amplification of the high-voltage ester exchange biodiesel production process developed by it, and forms the patent technology and proprietary equipment with domestic independent intellectual property rights.
